Terms and Conditions These Terms & Conditions explain the rights and obligations you have. All must be read carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms & Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Purchasing from us We supply our products worldwide using World Imex Ltd www.worldimex.com - our dedicated export management team. By submitting an order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors, for example, Heat Treatment or Coating Purposes). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the company address as shown above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full and delivery has taken place. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Services immediately. Please do this before we dispatch your order. In the event that we are unable to supply any product, we will inform you of this immediately. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE), subject to not selling below our cost price. Please allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, no payment will be taken unless so authorised by the consumer, delivery dates given are only estimates and liability will not be ours if delays occur. All sizes and dimensions are approximate but we make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible. Back to Top Delivery We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. If circumstances arise where we attempt to deliver at a prearranged time and find that there is no authorised person available to accept the goods at the registered address (or separate address approved by Cutoools in advance) we may add a surcharge to cover any expenses levied upon us by our couriers due to the necessity of extra deliveries for the same consignment. Returns Procedure We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your product. However, it may be necessary to return your product to us in some limited circumstances. Please ensure that you follow these instructions for returning a product to avoid a delay in processing your return. Other than as required by law we have no general policy of accepting returns. You should return any product to us via a suitably insured means based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them. Back to Top General We will not be liable to you for any claims which arise out of the supply of our products to you unless we are negligent but we will not be liable in any event for any consequential loss, except where this is required by law. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order & payment secure, but, unless we are negligent we are not liable for losses as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. We hereby exclude the application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to each and every contract made under these T&Cs. These T&Cs cannot be altered or suspended, permanently or temporarily, without the written permission of the Managing Director of Cutools. These conditions are subject to INCO terms 2000.
